Wu Yifan (吴亦凡), better known by his stage name Kris (크리스) (or currently Kris Wu), is a Chinese-Canadian actor, singer, rapper, and model. He is a former member of the boy group EXO and its sub-group EXO-M.
He was born on November 6, 1990 in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
In May 2014, he filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to terminate his contract and left EXO.
Later he was detained by police in Beijing on 31 July 2021, and formally arrested on 16 August 2021, on suspicion of rape.
